Just another Dog

Darkness loomed and streetlight glared as claws clicked down the sidewalk as the male grew nearer the corner, dipped tail swinging idly from side to side. Not a care in the world crossed his mind as he meandered through the allies of this 'supposedly' dangerous place. Empty black eyes gazed ahead, searching for anything. Just a dog trotted through the backalleys.

Hunter 's head lifted to the dark cloud above him. His eyes searching untill finally a droplet of rain touched his cheek. His head hung lower now remembering why he had come to such a dismal place. Because he couldn't leave it. He sighed with disapointment as the rain began to bang on his dark fur. Hunter crawled under a shelter from the rain and lie down.

Scooter walked with Cougar and Chance, ears and eyes alert. Rain pelted against her silvery blond fur, turning it into a dark brownish color. Unlike most cat's though, Scooter didn't mind the rain at all. It was in her nature to like water, since she was a bengal. Cougar looked quite irritaed by it, but then again he always seemed irritated but something. Either that or he was being a smart ass.

Scooter then stopped dead in her tracks, almost making Cougar trip over her. Scooter sniffed the rain filled air, a very faint scent of dog mixed in with the rain smell filled her nose. "Dog." She hissed, fur standing up. Cougar's tail lashed behind him, irritation growing inside of him.
